TO strengthen exploration and advancement (R&D) in the bamboo market, the Office of Science and Technology (DoST) Area 2 (Cagayan Valley), in collaboration with the Isabela Point out University, has officially released the very first Bamboo Textile Fiber Innovation Hub (BTFIH) in Northern Luzon, funding it as a result of the DoST grants-in-aid method.
